Fly through the ocean at breakneck speed. Tour the Moon. Even swim safely in the boiling sun. You can do these things and more in a 17-minute virtual journey through Earth and space. The trek is by way of colorful scientific visualizations developed by NASA and supported investigators. Multiple-style electronic music and lay-level narration provide the accompaniment. Preview the experience in a QuickTime movie (2.7 Mbytes) of the opening sequence and a World Wide Web page complete with the narration and images from the tape.

You can order copies of "Images of Earth and Space" from NASA CORE. The newer "Images of Earth and Space II" video, based on a journey through the solar system and onto outer space, is also available.
